After finishing first overall in a pool of 52 runners with a time of 27:56.5 and leading his team to a first-place finish, junior Mitchell Gray would win United East Conference Runner of the Week for the second time in just his second meet for the Chargers. The 5:37 mile pace would give Gray an impressive lead right from the start as he completed the Lancaster Bible course. The best part, Gray would do all of this in front of his home crowd as Lancaster Bible College hosted the Charger Invitational on Friday afternoon.
