Lancaster Bible College standout Men's Cross Country runner Mitchell Gray started off right where he left in 2022 as the senior from Schaefferstown, Pa. set another personal best in the 5k with a time of 16:14.6 at the Goucher Twilight Meet on Friday evening. Gray, who was the 2022 United East Champion, finished 21 out of 93 total competitors for the event.
