Mitchell Gray has had quite an impressive first year with the Lancaster Bible men's cross-country team. The transfer junior from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida earned United East Conference Runner of the Week four times this season, won the United East Conference Championship just a few weeks ago, and was crowned as the United East Runner of the Year.
